Kurtis Ming
“Tahoe Tidal Wave,” reported by Kurtis Ming, is courtesy of KOVR-TV13, a CBS affiliate in Sacramento, California. Kurtis Ming joined the KOVR 13 News team in June 2003 after serving as a reporter and fill-in anchor for the CBS affiliate KTVN in Reno. Kurtis is the weekend anchor for all the weekend newscasts. The South San Francisco native started his broadcast career in Boston as a radio reporter and anchor. After working behind the scenes for stations in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Kurtis landed his first on-air TV job at KRCR-TV in Redding, CA, where he anchored and reported. Kurtis has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in Boston. |
